Company is having more exposure, If a person is working in cloud platform. If you are working on any application development project, the management will not recognize you.

Dislikes

Annual salary hike is very less.. Food is very costly and quality is below average. The hr policy is not good. The management is not concerned about employee or about policy.

Since the company is evolving, there are good projects underway. A balanced work life is encouraged with competitive salary, again likes about company is personal and can’t be generalised.

Dislikes

No dislikes so far except for the office location. Whitefield is really far :)

The company is the time pass for employees whose managers are worthless and few are useless. Many managers sit in CA office and think that they know everything about employees working in other regions and behave however their ego take. some are paid less and some are exceptionally well reason being both manager and employee are from the same state, Language etc..story of many companies

Dislikes

Managers and HRs expect employees to come work and take salary not to question issues employees facing in office(they think we are labor)

Likes

People and culture are good, Company's goal in general is unique. Good learning for employees depending on the division you are in. Good job security.

Dislikes

Slow pace of work, Do not update technology that frequently. Average Salary compensation, normal increments though you are willing to work more.

The work policy of organisation is really very good. However the growth is very slow. Especially the analytical division’s work culture is too bad

Dislikes

Slow growth and less compensation. There is no proper work hierarchy. Just to save cost, people irrespective of division given leadership responsibilities.
