Work culture very terrible,job security amazing just because of chaplusi and all. Main cause of One star rating is the permanent employee who just think that contractual worker are low class majdoors and we kick him if he make any noise and complain. Government needs to kick all these employees by way of VRS and CRS. They think that hotel is property of their insestors and father. Government stamp on such employees is major cause of loss to the concern. Minimum salary for each government staff is 1,00,000/- to 3,00,000/- lakh per month and every worker from 3rd party contractor agency is 15000/- maximum. This is the exploitation of the contract employee,govt needs to secure the work life balance of contract employee also. Don't work here otherwise life will became hell.
