Providing job training. IJP are open once in six month, Salary is on time. Employees nature is good. Canteen is good. Providing cab facility for night shift.

Rotatinal shift in midnight. Offering less salary. Management, TL & QA not that supportive. Very less or no appraisal.

Switching between shifts without any prior notice or notification and change in Lobs was very irritating and unbearable.

I think I would not Say Dislike however It depends upon on which process you are in : so in my process I would say they should give Refreshments on time not like work straight up for 9 hours.
