...ny ( I must say that there are FEW (4-5) employees who get shift bonus yearly) *There are employees who were UG graduates, PG Graduates, University rank holders working here for a salary under 2LPA *There are employees with 15-20yrs of experience and still not getting 8-9PA( my ex colleague with less than 5yrs of exp is getting 8+LPA) *Like an old age home, you can see few 1-2 yr experienced employees and some 10+yr experienced employees here *youngsters who joins this company are looking for better jobs 1-2 yrs after joining. *I've seen Software Engineers of this company going out to buy stationary stuffs, making coffee for MD, fill diesel in generator, drive vehicle, loading and unloading stuffs(climbing 2 stairs as the office is on 2nd floor) *Here comes some dirty rules which I've saw only at this company 1, As we are having alternative Saturday offs, when you take leave for 2 days within 14 days , your next off saturday will be working and also both the leaves will be counted too 2, If you take leave on a working Saturday, your next off saturday will be working and also the leave counts. 3, If you take leave on a restricted holiday, 2 day leaves will be counted( even if it's a sick leave) 4, if you are taking more than 2 leaves, the 3rd day will be counted as 2 ( That means 4leaves will be counted for 3consecutive leaves that you're taken and also the next off saturday will be a working day, in short you took 2day leave and 4day leave counted) 5, If you take leave after or before a Holiday or a Restricted Holiday, that will cost you 2day leave just like I mentioned earlier+ extra work on next off saturday IF YOU STILL THINKING THAT I'M LYING, THEN OPEN LINKEDIN OR ANY SOCIAL MEDIA THAT SHOWS WORKING COMPANY, SEARCH FOR AN EX EMPLOYEE OF THIS COMPANY, ASK HIM/HER.
