I feel as it's a good place to start as you will get to learn a lot initially and later same thing you can use if are applying for some other company. For WC I have given 4 as you will get a lot of support from your Team and Line Manager. Overall I can say it's a Good Company as interms of JS i have rates it as 4.

You can earn more than your offered salary but you can not expect Salary Hikes, mid term increament etc. This is my first Corporate based IT company so i have marked work culture and company policies as Excellent but if I work any other Corporate means I can judge it whether it is good or poor

To put it very simply, there won't be a double-digit salary hike even if you work for 10 years. The management is toxic, and it can be very depressing. Start learning new things while working here, as nothing in this company will provide you with good experience, except the total years of experience."
