It's a great company for the people who have experienced. And job security is the best part of TCS. I am not saying work pressure is less but less than other MNC companies.

Salary scale for freshers. Promotion and increment is too less .

At the time of hr discussiing salary it was like she is giving money from her own pocket, very limited hike

10 hrs shift to be shown only 9 in timesheet, cafeteria smells very bad(powai) pantries are like small call centers are much better

They give you job security but the work culture is so worst that it makes you resign . No worklife balance and the HRs at TCS don’t respond to your mails even after mailing them 20 times in 2 months.

The HRs and worklife balance , they make you work after your logout and don’t even pay OT.

TCS have Full Job security like government jobs. If you want to start your career with the I advice you to join another companys before and get job after experienced bcz experienced salary is good at TCS but fresher salary is average. When employee resigned tcs he will not get hired return at TCS is a strict policy. So when you want to settle you can came to tcs. If you are It background and advanced in coding you can get Ninja it job it has great salary.

While joining as fresher we not get best salary with comparing other It company's. Overall other employee benefits are good compare other company. I advice join TCS after get experienced.
