There is no growth in career, managemant is pathetic, no work life balance, salary hike is very poor, skill development opportunity is there but one will be busy so much in his/her work that they will not be able to enhance their skill set, movement from one project to another is extremely poor managers keep employees in hold and does not allow them to move, only big name management are earning well but the condition of employees does not grow in tcs.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss
