...r friends getting sufficiently more than you. TCS being as great as Cognizant Cognizants starting salary > TCS Ninja Salary after 2 years No Classification for high/above avg performers, Manual Tester having 0 technical knowledge gets equally paid as a developer , Not only knowledge they also have sufficiently less work pressure.

There is no growth at all no promotion no. The salary increment is just 10% annually and the salary is too low as compared to work.

Dislikes

There is a lots of things I don't like. In cafeteria there is a coffee and tea mechine which is not allowed for us that's only for the management team. You can't take breaks during the work you can't take day off even if you leave balance available. You can't question the authority. The managing team doesn't deliver there promises.

I only loved the company offices only.

Dislikes

Low salary unlimited work. Used to work on Saturday and Sunday to clear the volumes. Management is worst they dont care about the employees health even the employee is on sick leave they will make him work.

Recommending your foes to work here will be the best revenge you can have here. No appraisal for 2 years. Maximum Appraisal is 6% which is 750 inr post 2 years. Toxic environment and Groupism all thanks to the managers, leaders and management. 10 hours work and still they will ask you to wait back with no OT and they will force you and threaten you to reject your leave request. If you are happy in your life and you wish to experience Mental trauma, then please go ahead and have a taste of it here in TCS goregaon.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
