Very good place to work, only challenge is compensation is upto to mark for performer. Here every one treat mostly equally weather you are highly performer or average employee.

The technical support of the company is not as good as it should be which ultimately affects the sales department and hence overall revenue generation adversely.

It was a good company to work with. Felt like I'm one of his fam person. It gave all benefits in each n every situation be it compensation or be it bonus. Also it used to conduct some sales tournaments which used to motivate us to drive on the given sales KPIs. All in one TATA CO IS BEST IN THE WORLD.

...work day and night and complete your task. But in the end, you will get nothing. Very low pay and double work as compared to other companies. I like the Company but the only problem with Finance Department Physopanti. Poor Work-life balance. keep available yourself 24 hours by 7 days.
