Dislikes

Very poor in terms of salary & benefits; Employee rating is being given on face value & favouritism ; Excessive travelling(20 days in a month); Job threat is being given; Full notice period has to be served without any consideration due to which employee gets harassed

There was a time, it was a very good company to work with but now that time is over. So what i like is it's an Indian conglomerate and we are very proud of this. That's it! But currently the senior management is confuse and do not know other than torturing their employees.

First Salary and benefits sucks! Secondly The one who are loyal to company, company don't give two hoots about them. Thirdly poor appraisals, no space for growth. U will be stuck! Fourthly, No work life balance
