Compensation is de ent ,but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high . sometimes ,i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client call in the evening .managers do not value an individual uniwue strenghths,which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the times

Customer satisfaction is very bad. Employees never get their salary, incentives, payouts and spots on time or full in TMB MOTORS(Seven Autocorp Pvt. Ltd.). HR is total duffer and uncultured and never stuck on her words always interested only in cutting salary of employees, also no discipline, no respect. If you wants to work in tmb Motors than forget about your respect and incentives only take salary

Worst work culture, no fixed timings of work, you'll be preparing reports day and night, and you'll be giving review everyday, unnecessary pressure environment.
