...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Working culture is not at the point of a 5 star hotel . job security is great , management is also fine and the company policy as well but does not give good salary ..

Working hours and the salary does'nt go hand to hand .. So it's hard to survive in Taj Chandigarh for the outsiders ( No accomodation , no cab service but need to do break shift on daily basis )

The working environment is very good. People are nice. Taj is an excellent brand to work with. Has a lot of employee benefits.

The salary is extremely less. Increments are bad and the promotion takes a lot of years.

This is Hotel was to good but working hours is very long and this hotel not increase the salary after one yaer Taj Hotel Nashik he's not carrying about a staff

Everything is good security, salary, growth, training how to achieve your goals and atmosphere and most of all job satisfaction

Management and staffs are very helpful no attitude and no ego problems very friendly and caring
