...ctivities are doing by ITAakash Strategic software pvt ltd against employee i.e. not making salary on time, illegal servive indemnity bond, not paying project incentive to the employeee & 9:30 working hours which is against of law and main director is watching t.v. camera & shouting employee for going many time in washroom not permission of using mobile phones whatsupp massages

A. Delay in Salary B. 6 days work week Z. 2 Years bond. And if Live before contract period, you have to pay 1 month salary. And you won't be given experience letter. C. 2 days per month leave. D. Will cancel Company holiday any time example 23 Oct 2022 company holiday holiday was cancelled qt the last moment. E. Can declare Sunday as company holiday example 1 jan 2023 was declared company holiday. F. There is only Either Java or PostgrSQL Skill which is expected from a Developer here. Rest all skills need is outsourced, thus no learning other than SQL. All the frontend needs is outsourced. And in name of backend you will be asked to work on PL/SQL. G. Don't join this company if you want to learn and grow. H. Most of the employees here are someone who had no better options. All employees are like Majboori me join kiya. I. You can join as they might offer good salary. But no much learning.

I am working with Strategic ERP.In my role I work closely with the Senior team and Management. Management is very focused on growth, addressing employee points, rewarding based on individual performance and there is complete open door policy for any employee. The depth of modules in Strategic ERP is at par with SAP, Oracle, Ramco etc. and being in the system, I am aware that next versions in pipeline are way ahead of what other Real Estate ERP software available in the market. I recommend to anyone who is willing to perform l, upgrade and grow fast in career
