Low wage 10k-35k max per month. Work stations is so less spacey you gotta feel severe difficulty, to keep your self or your leg straight no space all crumbled ,on the other hand group close to the management have enough good chairs to relax with egronomic chairs , long spaces . Huge work pressure 7am- 10pm , still management will blame you for not doing enough . Highly abusive older employee. Unstructured work culture, meaning new joiner would be asked to do legal work, accounts work, data entry, excel, billing , stock forecasting, ngo fund raising campaign, creative article for a psychologist, unnecessary work etc. There is a system of late night home drop, food coupon reward, or cash benefit towards those but those would go to those who are close to the management, who are oilling the senior manager . Senior can assult you for not managing 5 department work while they are talking day break can come in jeans but you will be asked to wear formals. But credit goes to only the persons who take 11 chai smoke break, maggi break, afternoon walk, evening muri masala break, even can abuse the operation manager etc. It's tragic a company that allows 11 break to one staff and not even 1 break to the other, I was asked not to go to toilet even. The AC is dysfunctional to save electricity bill . The toilet is shared with 6 different offices one being courier other some warehouse, etc so get ready for long queue. There is no place for eating your food so if you have habit of bringing home tiffin you better think about. The tiffin break downstairs would cost you more money + another 15 minutes because lift is full you gotta use stair case. Management will pretend nothing have happened even when you are assaulted by close to management staffs. It's like living in hell.
