My colleagues were really good and cooperative in Lajpat Nagar branch.

The organisation uses very unfair means with new employees, even when they are really hardworking and honest towards company. The old employees keep saving each other without checking grounds of putting blames on new employees. Even after bringing the concerns through official channel nobody in the organization is bothered about looking into the matter. Very biased and unprofessional. We had no support, headoffice just kept poking and pressuring to work beyond the position I was hired for and paid for. Terrible experience , complete waste of my time

I have been working from past 5 months, there is no work life balance and IT culture is worst.

Work process is too bad, non-tech people think we do magic here, they want everything instantly even we have to write 1000 lines of code.
