Salary difference for same job colleagues. Once you join Steag, you need to beg for promotion and increment but you won't get it. Manpower management is very poor. Steag management is very poor. Steag is best for persons who don't want to work but get timely salary and timely increment as there is no one who look after descipline and punctuality.

...rall work atmosphere is very congenial. An employee gets full job satisfaction. Best people are offered foreign assignment with additional package. Job security is excellent.

Inst. Tech, i work this company 7 year. My salary was 29000 when I leave. Now I work in qatar.

At bathinda site work and family life balance very poor , and work culture is also very poor .management not support his junior and there is nepotism culture. That's why I am not recommending any one to join . 2. Company not give value to employees. 3. Oil grease work culture between managers and employee.
