I worked here for 3+ yrs on joining day package(Salary) .i.e. no single paisa increment for 2-3 yrs. They only make fake promises of increments and indirectly forced you to not to join somewhere else. even they did not pay me mine Full & Final settlement amount on leaving job. Actually the company is in miserable financial position from 4-5 yrs. There is no fixed salary credit timing. There is no appraisal system. if your department perform, they will give you some benefits, if your department doesn't perform, even you do your 200% they will torture you. Wasted my carrier here. Only few people enjoy big salary in the name of "Chaplusi".

The work-life balance and the respect for personal time. A great place to learn and grow only if you're willing to do so. Boosts morale and confidence to achieve what you aspire for. Overall, the work experience showcases that the importance of mental health is being prioritized.

Every employees is best in his capabilities. but its up to you also that how you manage your official relationship with others. no-doubt here you would find very educated, intelligent working professionals. where you can gain real life corporate exerience. Salary increment, work environment and work life balance are essential part which i have found satisfactory till now. Career growth is also one good factor but i personally believe your maximum effort does matter in that.

I don't think that there are something which i dislike personally. i have found one the the best promoters as well as boss here.
