The company is open to innovation and readily accepts latest technology related to work, I am proud to be a part of this company, Its Challenging work experience and job satisfaction, The company has a international trading platform which has a wide range of trading like forex, commodities, equity, bonds which is operated from Dubai firm with all banking at Dubai Account and also trade with Indian market with Indian registered firm at Bangalore and trade with NSE, BSE, commodities, equity, bonds etc, Office is well furnished and maintained to international standards, and payment to staff is on time, Investors to this company are enjoying with good returns consecutively and more and more investors are participating, Above all this I will not forget to mention about office boy cum cook of Bangalore office, he is too good with his evening snacks and tea, and his work at office as well as out side office work given to him.

Since I am involved in international trading I get holiday as per US standards and my fellow friends and family enjoy all Indian holidays which I miss a lot.

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
