Promotions are given if you kneel down to your managers else you are ignored. No transperency in terms of hike, appraisals. Projects are allocated based on their requirement and not as per your skills. They don't know how to utilise resources effectively. List goes on...

Salary cut to 50% , for one month bench employee. Managers are not good and you have to be available 24/7 for work and to receive their pH. calls. Higher management should release manager who doesn't know proper management. Half salary if you will be bench for one month. They will hire you and in one month if you will not get project they will cut your 50% of salary. Don't join to ruin your career.

If you get a wise manager then its good otherwise your life will become difficult

Variable pay calculation and period has no logic . Its random. Policies are not transparent. Late evening shifts are a pain
