a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Best company for work life balance. As of 2022 it is a permanently wfh job. It is a product based company and they have very matured product so most of the time you will be fixing minor bugs. You will have lots of free time so much so that you will be able to start your own business or go for higher studies etc. Managers are very polite and helpfull

The work culture is very poor.There is no scope for any learner or a person who has very less experience as they expect everyone to perform flawlessly like a very senior developer.If any developer is stuck on a particular bug then no team member will come to help him and instead there is a blame game that a person stuck in bugs means he is poor developer and thereby the concept of working in a team is meaningless.You need to be a standalone developer and working together in team is show off.
