Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

It's been almost a year since I have been working here and I have never felt like I have to force myself into working because I really enjoy working here with such a helpful team and everyone is so understanding & always ready to assist you no matter what. My seniors have always guided me & I learn so much from them every day. I have never had such a great experience like family in any other organization before, but when it comes to work, everyone is really devoted to their work too.

Dislikes

I don't think I have felt any dislikes as of now, but only good things starting from professionally to on a personal level. The seniors are so encouraging towards you wanting to learn new skills, also giving live projects to work on for experience.
