I have gained so much of knowledge by doing at Simpson. I worked at R&D department and learned about many things including performance and emission test, cylinder leak test, Engine balance, etc. Employees are very much cooperative and it will be a good platform for the beginners to start a carrier.

Simpsons is One of the few companies which manufacturers diesel engines. Very good for career start up. We can learn the basics of engine very strongly. One of the old company in Chennai and has a good brand image. Located in hot of the city - Anna salai.

Salary structure and employees benifits. Technology and infrastructure should be improved.

Likes

A very poor compensation and job security, So it is very difficult to satisfy myself both economically and socially. The management is not interested in their employees future growth and prospects.

Not sure! But I want to switch over to a new and a challenging job that gives me self confidence and economic growth.
