Some seniors are cooperative, help you to learn through the journey with simplex.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Salary not on time. You will definitely face financial crisis. Covid -19 has made it even worse. Management only ask for work from you without giving salary. At any moment in site, suppliers/vendors/contractor stage a strike and stop the work due to their pending payment dues.

No strong management , no working culture , all mechaneries is very old mostly equipment on hire

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Salary delay about 4-5 month , no advance facility, working hours 15-16 hours everyday, no any culture at site, no drinking water at site, senior person not taken any action about delay salary, Here's too much problems
