Nothing to like.

Dislikes

No salary paid to employees since last 6 months. Owner uses foul language. Creditors are not paid. Vinod Pittie and Chirag Pittie chairman and managing director have siphoned off company funds for their own personal use. Money laundering, gst not paid, tds not deposited, PF not paid

The only positive thing about working in this particular factory of textile industry is that atleast the salary comes in between 18 to 30 of every month

Dislikes

Hr and accounts don't have policies for working. Since the starting of the company none got increment appraisal even after completion of 2.5 years. Only the people who are close to the vice Presidents in the middle management or the person having direct approach to the owner and senior management might get the increment and that too if the company has something to loose if the concerned employee resigned. Those in the chairs even with limited powers are the ones to exploit the work culture.
