Mostly fresher's are join to company with minimum package without negotiation. Than still package minimum in whole life.

(1) increment and Promotion Should Come in time (2) Need to Revise Salary as Per Qualification and Designation (3) Cross Functional Departments (like Time office, Accounts, Store, P&A, PF etc) Should cooperate and make feel Someone Comfortable

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.
