...and watching the circus run by the coordinator who absolutely uses her tactics . No salary hikes to hardworkers , only to pleasers . Poorest work environment. All Saturday's are working. You need to take piles of notebooks home for checking . You will not get even a minute free to sit or relax. Don't waste your time to select this school for yourself!

Well I got an opportunity to learn and grow a lot in terms of title. With almost negligible increase in salary. According to the work load I was taking care off I was underpaid. Company do not have a HR system for promotion, no awards are given to the well deserved faculty for their tremendous hardships. Even the leave policy is very much unprofessional and unorganised.

Dislikes

Low pay, no insurance for employees, no extra benefits for employees. No appreciation for the teachers. All they do is use words and clap. Employees need increments and better leave policy, clean place. No AC, no toilet rolls in any washroom. Sometimes not even soap. No canteen either.

I liked mostly teammates and principal sir he was a great man.

job security was nothing,there was no career growth,salary was very less according to work n experince and education,there was politics environment in the schooland work life was zero and alot of pressure of studies n syllabus on students n very less activties for students and i must say there was a lady who was a head of primary sections she was a terrible lady.
