Its very nice place very comfortable environment..peoples are very polite to each other..we should increase learning power..and gain experience.good growth of confidence..etc.great experience in shemrock..

Only salary package its not so good..but all things are great in this.

I enjoyed my work , my colleagues were fantastic and cooperative, principal and chairperson are supportive , salary was satisfactory, my anchoring experience was very good, environment is stress free and I learner many things over there.

I found a little difficulty in conveyance when space was not sufficient due to new members joined the company. But later it was solved by the management.

Actually not only Shemford but wherever I worked I had given more than 100%, here I had also done the same but expections have no limits but overall it was a good experience.

I think the during previous year of my experience I can say honestly that transparency is missing here.

Good work environment and culture. My Manager Ms Indu Sharma she was very supportive and always help me in every situation. Everything is good until new hr comes...

For me i did not get any appraisal in 3 years... No career growth...
