Only Good Thing is timely salary and timely increment. Although increment % very low.

No appreciation to the employees. No rules for the promotions & some employees working on the same position from last 10-12 years.

The entire organisation is not well managed. Directors intervene even in smaller issues. Just think how muchvtime theybhave to spare. And if the Directors are so available just think how much is the organisation actually doing.
