Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Post Covid all changed ...they sacked people left rivht and centre without even telling them ....it is an disoriented family now

I would have rated even less than this. But there was no option. They asked me to leave the company only because I conceived and according to them I could not be productive for the company. The worst company women would want to work at.

Unprofessionalism. They only show off, but do nothing. The one who is running the show right now is someone who knows nothing.

Simply I can say that, Rocheston is a heaven on the earth.;-) I got 4years of experience in graphic designing it’s truly have lot of freedom to give our amazing work output ..CEO Mr.Haja is amazing, If someone want to see their success in their life they must want to work in Rocheston becoz Mr.Haja CEO IS VERY INSPIRATIONAL :) and all other staffs also very friendly and It’s gives motivating Environment ..;-)
