Great work- life balance. Very rarely working hours gets stretched. Every 2nd & 3rd Sat is off. Company offers other benefits too in terms of bonus, comp- off, gratuity, PF, Public Holidays, Leaves Etc. Colleagues are very supportive and friendly.

Dislikes

Salary structure at junior level and at mid level is too low. Many of the employees are working with this organization since long time hence growth or moving further in the ladder gets stagnated.

Great experience and comfortable but you know if you stay long time then not great jump in the salary...you should leave your comfort zone and take risk and learn more things

Dislikes

Compulsory 9 hrs and 30 mins work timings. No flexibility, no work from home, no early leaving. And US call that to in the late evening have to attend from home Old school work culture no one can leave seat. No washroom & unhygienic desk also no cleaning is done. Refreshments like tea, coffee has not been shared on choice.
