Typical indian mnc old fashion culture still in reliance

Yearly compensation not getting on fixed month of the year. Company delaying every year the employee compensation and giving revised salary and benefits in diwali (sometime in month of October or November). No fixed time. Increment %of employees are even not good. Only sr management getting good hike as there salaries already in core's. Its old fashion typical lala company culture still some drops are there.

Good place for personal developments, world class training facility and good safety culture. The most important thing is that they treat employers as the family member.

Salary compensation is not good.

Process driven company. Clear cut HR policies. Adequate compensation. Job security better than other corporates. Good carrier growth opportunities for performing persons. Travel policies are very good. Company promotes innovative thinking. Syatematic appraisal process. E-based working culture. Strong and review monitoring systems. Cash rich company, no fear of holding any emoluments or bills.

Dislikes

Sometimes one feels overburdened. Occasional fear of pink slip.

Each and everything has well managed and all are documented.Safety of people is excellent.

Salary structure should be design as per designation and it should be match for every one to maintain good culture at ground..

...e daily it willtake 1hr 40 min morning and 2hrs in evening due to heavy traffic. No promotion No value for new ideas Good salary on paper but very less in-hand after cutting Very less increment
