...case at my unit, Management transfer both DM & Exe - Operations to another unit. Earlier it was 9 hr job bt these days 12 hrs bt salary was same when I joined with my CTC. Company didn't give increment since 2 yrs n getting paid very less salary. Which is not at all justifying. Major issue working at my unit is fresh air there is no path for fresh air even company set electricity unit to reduce the consumption so we can't put on the HVAC for mre to 30 mins n Gujarat is a very humind n hot weather state. A healthy person will also fall ill because of such environment.Our uniform becomes whitish because of sweats we feel ashmed to face our customers with such dirty uniforms even our customers complain about it and our sweats specially when u r in food counters. Though my performance was good at Inox our seniors never try to understand our basic needs how can a person with proper Hotel Management degree & knowledge capable of handling guest to office work at any manner getting paid so less. I as a Team Leader - operations got a salary of Rs. 12000 monthly very pathetic. When u speak to ur superior about this they said company has paid in pendemaic ya it's true company has paid but we also worked during pendamic. We have cleaned fangus in our auditoriums and floor during this period even we cleaned washrooms too as a labour. But we still not complain about it but when I asked management to increase my salary they disagreed told me to wait atleast 6 months. Lots of unnecessary checklists to be maintained which r just waste of time during shift hrs coz we hav to handle guest n food counters also. Overall my experience at Inox was good before but post covid i jus physically, mentally & financially broke down.

... Training was up to the mark. Job security is depending on management decisions. Salary was not good @Durgapur. Work environment was good..

They are ohk with policy procedures for corporate staff only.

Dislikes

No healthy work culture, full of politics, No proper salary or promotion growth,No skill development program, No Work stability. They are more towards paper formalities but ground reality is 0.

Seniors behaviour ,abusing staff members, politics , False promises , Cinema Manager Manish Kumar in silver arc pvr one of the low class men I have ever met in my 12 years of career. Always pass racism comments. No overtime if anyone ask question they fired them. Doesn't matter how much you complaint everytime junior will fired from work. I left this job because of Manish behaviour I recommend everyone not apply job here.

They wil rune your personal like, seniors are so toxic force you to work extra hours without any pay, I'm working here tje shift closes at 2 AM but they never let us go before 4 PM and also the shift starts at 5 PM but the used to call us at 4 PM And if you do any type of complaint the just say if you are not liking the job just leave it They also promised to give incentives but it been two months here I'm not getting it and when I have asked for it they told me that from your 4th salary you will get the incentives but 1/5 part of the incentive and from 5th month you will get the full payment
