Very Bad work culture. If you attempting to add yourself with their syndicate - you may survive, otherwise difficult to sustained and feel ignored. Although you need to spend your valuable time minimum till 9 - 9.30 PM or sometime till late night. Otherwise you get the remarks by your department head that you are not fit for this suitable post because the culture to remain stand till the Director are in the office. The worse part when you give resignation (focally or voluntarily), you need to get your Full & Final settlement in 90 days time. If anyone ready to sustain without F&F for 90 days, you may work with above condition. Employee turnover is too high and they employed their employee with Provenance India LLP.
