...ulder. No promotion will be given how much you will be good in your performance. Toxic culture of manager everytime manager will be threatened you that you will not get any variable pay or your provisional period is still going on so we can kick you. Also they will give you comp off for weekend work but when you want to use those leaves they will not allowed of you forcefully use they will cut your salary as per day. Also you have to work 10 12 hours daily.

Best for freshers.. Good development work.. Friendly ppl.. Freshers can get a great start here.. Very understanding..

Ppl will get a good development work here but, I didn't see any new techs like AI, MERN etc...

Transparency and easy accessibility to management. Team members are supporting each other. Understand each others personal and professional life and accordingly manage works to meet client requirement. Festival celebration and team outing for refreshments everything has been organised time to time. Career growth is also good and can learn while working. Overall this company will provide you good start and provides you opportunity in building success in IT industry

poor work-life balance. A lot of pressure and delay in the hiking process. It does not happen on time even though company size is max up to 50 people.
