I actually improved my skills with the help of my seniors and I learned more things. And from my point of view this company is good for beginners to learn more about civil engineering .

About Appraisal/Promotion and about salary I am completely disappointed. You can't get your salary on time or with in time and you can't get promotion after 6months of your training period or even after 1year.

There is no job security, work culture is good .but management don't know who is suffering for company's wealth,they believe only who cheating the company.

Management don't believe true peoples who are really faver to the organisation,they believe only cheaters .

For the hard working and true talent this is right place but assertion of your ideas is very much important. Though policies are yet on incubation, it is on its pace above. And the support they are extending during this tough time is greatly appreciated.

My ratings above speak the dislikes and the area's I personally as an HR would believe requires a huge switch

Do what ever you want no one will be accountable and responsible towards their work.

Dislikes

No accountability of work on any individual in any of the Department. Very very poor planning and wastage of resources. This is due to Management some key Directors are not interested to take company towards good Quality of production and Execution proper on projects.

Likes

Safety manager supports 24/7 in providing better working environment and to eliminate hazards from site. Management has to know EHS value and importance of safety professionals. Proud in working with great team and thanking MD sir for selecting best safety Manager having experience and hard working qualities to inspire rest of team.

Dislikes

Working hours and various departments doesn't know value in following company EHS policies.
