MOSTLY PLACING THEIR EMPLOYEES IN CLIENT LOCATION..IF IT IS NEAR OK BUT FAR IT IS HELL SUPPORTING ENVIRONMENT LEARNING PLACE FOR THE FRESHERS THAT THEY TOOK FROM THE TRAINING INSTITUTES
