...the employees and promise them things that they have no intention of fulfilling. New joiners are promised a salary hike after three months of work—but promises are never fulfilled. What’s even more concerning is how certain employees are used to spread gossip and misinformation about others, leading to unnecessary humiliation and disrespect from the directors. I’ve personally seen the impact of this toxic culture, where employees are treated unfairly and made to feel worthless. The most alarming incident I’ve witnessed involved three female employees who left the company after facing physical harassment from two of the company’s directors. These are totally unacceptable incidents, which fall under the POSH guidelines. When one of the female employees mustered courage to raise her voice against harassment faced by her, the directors went to extreme extents to cover up the evidence. They deleted the CCTV footage to sabotage the evidence of what had occurred after her complaint. Worse, I’ve seen that some female employees have actively tried to manipulate others who faced these POSH incidents, undermining their experience and further contributing to the toxic environment. Unfortunately, there was no one in higher management to turn to, as the very individuals responsible for these actions hold the power and influence in the company. It's not just this incident; it is a part of a larger culture that supports manipulation, exploitation, and harassment.

It is the worst experience I have encounter in my life. My 2 months salary was also not given to me upon leaving the company and they do this with every employee. The behaviour of MD and Director with the employees are very rude.

No culture , no system of work, Only a few staffs of their own cast enjoys financial benefit. Directors are manipulating and never stick to their commitment about salary & benefits. They just deny at the time of fulfilment.

Management is very supportive in any decision making and free to take decisions. Work and social life is very balanced.

Not sure about my career growth after a particular point as company is small.this is the only demerit.

The company is very partial to races. Therefore, non- co-operation happened to other racial staffs every now and then.

Offensive remarks to the employees by the management and negative attitude to the employees most disliked by me.
