The most thing i like about petrofac is their payments. Its on time with all perks will be credited to your accounts in the first week of every month. If any discrepancy in the salary credit, fast action will be taken by concerned departments.

Now a days working environment is very worst due to indian management. Previously it was fantastic in terms of package and holidays. Currently very worst thing i noticed that posting wrong people to the positions hence professionallism is missing.

...iven for decision making. Salaries are at par with the industry and experience. Though politics prevail increments and salary revisions are based on performance and project progress. At site, the working environment is encouraging and with the new gadgets and network availability, good communications to reach your family on daily basis are available.Overall, Petrofac is a good company to be associated with for an overall development.

...oject there was tremendous work pressure, to meet extremely tight time schedule. PIL provides each employee with better compensation packages, good health insurance packages, gym facilities, etc.

Fight between various departments like expediting & projects to show the management their department perform better, to get better bonus payment. Career growth opportunity is non existent. No job training.

They will credit salary without any delay

Dislikes

Compare to direct employees, secondment employees will not get much benefits. Will not get proper response from Admin team and their mobilization is also not upto thier standard, instead of booking from nearest airport they will ask us to travel additional 4 to 8 hrs to reduce flight cost. Compensation for offshore is also very less, they have single standard for site peoples, even if we go to onshore or offshore, their standard remains same.
