HRBP is also new in FMCG. 6. Manager's and other colleagues know nothing about excel. 7. Nothing to gain here. 8. Incentives are less knowing what are company's weaknesses. This is company is burden for those who have the courage and will power to excel in life.

Super work culture and great company for career growth. There is lots of learning and you get to learn new things in different role. Higher management is always reachable and also people oriented.
