-Work culture - Disgusting CEO who will try to control everything - Unreasonable budgets - Mistreatment by cluster heads - No work done by senior managers - Overall lack of awareness to employees needs - The gm is a lunatic - Increment process is unfair and biased and delayed - Long hours minimum 14hrs work enforced - Leaves not allowed by HODs - MD has no empathy towards her employees and does not care about the people welfare that's why such a union in the organization

I working in restaurant , tea lounge , room service ....nd banquet I love my job ,...I love working place in restaurant. All staff good , all working together like friend, all manager good, all manager like a friend ,

No increment, no promotion, promotion done but achieve very late, no add extra knowledge , per day same routine .
