Here I can say I can write a whole theory. They just fooled you while joining and can lay off you anytime even after the month. They get the PO of 6 or 1 year from companies like many but they will not tell you while joining because of which they will loose you. I strongly suggest not to fell in the trap of them.

Rubbish group I ever found in life... No jo security don't join in vecv as well as .. Working culture is like a animal no support from staff as well in company .. It's only profit making company .. No taking care of employees.. Please don't join it .. Secure ur career and mental peace..

Paramtech is most desired stepping stone in building a good career ahead. The company has good connections with clients and while working you get to learn indepth of the work. Also Paramtech management is very polite and supports you in every possible way. For a beginner, package offered is also very good as compared to other industries for same qualification and experience. Despite all there negetivities, I personally recommend to once work with this company and you will definitely grow better than others and will help you a lot in climbing up the ladder of success in you career ahead.

Dislikes

Paramtech management tends to be very weak infront of client even infront of client's lower level management as well. In this case they just cant support you and if client asks you to leave with notice also, you have no choice left.
