need improvement in case of increment, promotion, and skill development plans. if you are buttering your boss only you can be promoted. no matter what is the actual output.

Good for production and quality work profile. On time salary and other benefits. Job security. Neat and clean environment. Safe work environment. Good healthcare policy. Good maternity policy. Good for womens safety, in terms of haresmant. Canteen is also ok. Company is very honest in terms of work and sattlement.

Dislikes

...k of vision into higher management. Very slow work process system. Lack of R&D. Most irritating things variable pay. That's the part of CTC and if you resigned in between then company will not pay variable pay ammount. As per my experience management needed the robot type people specially at junior level and mid level. Many managers have micro manager type approach. Most of the peoples belongs to hill area into my work region so many managers just want to see growth of only there own community peoples. Online KRA system already running but its not so transparent because increment decided by excel sheet and your relationship only.

Worst culture I have seen in Panasonic. In logistics department (strategic team) senior uses foul language. They abuses their juniors. If you complaint HR for Manager behavioural issue, HR will do nothing. I will not suggest anyone to join the company.

Salary deduction if you not sent any report or attendance was hold in every month 5 to 10 days In Branch Head role they demand daily MIS Of the day (like how many calls in a day, how many emails sent to you, etc etc means Every day every minute leger to be submitted by EOD if not submitted then your attendance will not approved. Forcefully they demand fake works (His/Her Personal) and settle this expense in travel No athic no process no rule "LALA JI COMPANY TYPE NOT MNC"
