If it wasn't for the serene surroundings and community needs I would not have stayed here for the period that I served . Few reasons which triggered my dislike were the dirty tricks practised against people who were at their mercy, who didn't question their corrupt motives. They would blame anyone without verifying the truth. They will judge you on the basis of what they would hear from others about you. Lots of time the authorities behaved like sadists which really was painful. Forget about moral support they wouldn't even ask you about how you are getting along. Well it may depend upon one's background which is another reason why their attitudes are different for different people. And about work life balance you are again on the receiving end of their apathy especially if you have a family.
