Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

If the planet future means nothing to you and you want to experience supreme corporate greed, this place is for you. If you wanna see the worst corporate governance and rock-bottom professionalism this place is for you. If though you have left your school traumas quite some years ago but want to re-live that by being regularly schooled from your VPs, this place is for you. Beware, every hunky-dory story you hear from the VPs to the HRs, from the very formative interaction, you could possibly the pray like innocent clients of this company. Go on join!!

Nothing this company seems super fishy and would take the interviews as if they are some top consulting companies... Beware of this company and specially all the foreign titles they are having... When I questioned them why have you kept foreign address and all they said they will remove but didn't move a word of it... Bogus company
