1. They do your Full and final settlement after 45 days from your last working day of their interns as well. 2. Stagnation growth after some point of time. 3. Salary/Stipend is meagre compared to different companies. 4. Stipend will remain at 5k as they have written 5-10k in their job description but that didn't give more than 5k.

I believe that it is an excellent place for someone to improve their knowledge and skills, which will tend to encourage their career growth. Not a single time any leader taught me about seo, what they do, how they looks for things, we only have to do research either from YouTube or Google it. How will an employee understand how the corporate uses seo and other for their use.

90% things I dislike because I joined the company to grow my skills and utilise my skills and in the starting of the interview I told them about my interest but they were just using the employee just to create backlining that's it nothing I learned except that. They say we give freedom to be creative but no one will love the un-guided freedom.
