Nothing is good in this company.. Experienced person don't ruin your career by opting this for job.

Dislikes

So much to dislike.. No Team work.. No support from team manager. Team manager is very very rude, don't know how to talk with juniors doesn't pay any respect to juniors. Team manager often giving bad words to employees. No training for new changes in process. Ask you to work on Holiday's too and never gets pay for holiday working. No overtime pay.

Likes

Team Members were Co-operative. Job Security is excellent. Salary is given on time.

Dislikes

Training given for work doesn't match with 50% of work to be done. Career growth is really very slow. Appraisal is max. 15% that too on negotiation to quit the job. Travel reimbursement takes a lot time, almost a year if not kept follow up, also they require all proofs that to includes travelling through Auto and parking charges where no documentation are kept and approval from superiors is definately a head ache. Politics is all over the place. Innovation and work life balance is a myth over here.

Company hires fresher candidates. Good Company to start your career. Flexible working hours. Good environment in Process team but some process are very bad for work. HR are useless in some cases.

Dislikes

Sometimes you have to give extra hours for work... No compensation for Working on weekends...... Some Managers are not to worth have it as Manager.
