When i've joined everything was smooth only front desk work I need to do but later on they've mde School a CALL CENTRE.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture & very bad Management. Bad increment after giving whole 1year they only increase 1000rs of your salary.Every week they made new policy which you have to accept weather you're comfortable or not.Those people who are working their since 4 years they don't respect and give appreciate but for new employees they give good salary 3 times better salary and so many more things.

I have learned alot from the date I have joined. Whether it’s about updating yourself in the digital teaching world or learning new techniques through training.

The new joiners get a good and more salary as compared to us who is working in the organisation from 5-6 years

... a good package though they are not that qualified. Hardly we get any appraisal. Nobody looks into the salary things actually. They don't pay good to all the staff. Even they didn't give the May salary. 😕 Some people run the house only by themselves, they suffer alot.

...still never got. All the time there is vacancy both for teachers and students. Salary is far too less.

...n there is a lot u can learn from the training while teaching to the students...They give a salary hike also good the maintenance is also good.

The politics , and the Partials between and specially between the teachers salary and ofcourse the politics is also going on between the coordinators...This should be stop....I personally think there should be no politics between the teachers where and when ur working in the same school.
