I quit Orangestar on 18th May 2020, after 15days thinking. Because before 15days company said we will not pay salery to any employee company will pay only 10000/ or 5000/ food allowance for the month of April 2020 and May 2020/ after company deducted all staff salery for the month of March 2020 only 70%salery pay to all staff. And now they said after may 2020 if work will come we will pay to staff only 70% of salery for next 6months. Then I had quite this job, I have spend more then 4 years after that the job is not secure for your family. Thanks & Regards ROHIT KYASHYAP

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
