Better compensation when compared to other companies, but you need to exhibit your skills in negotiations during HR round. 3. If you have a very understanding/supportive manager, your life would be better in optum.

...aisals are not upto mark, they say it's based on overall company performance. 3. 100% variable pay will not be paid to us, stating company performance are not upto mark irrespective of your best performance. 4. 10days mandatory to office, which I don't feel there is any need of it. As we are all completing the work on time even while working from home.
