Working profile is same as key Responsibilty , but salary is very less in comparison on competition brand like vivo, and no traveling allowance available, Job security is in your manager's hand only , hr will not involved in any solution

Lot politics and manager never address our issues, No Traveling allowance and less salary other then comparison brand

only one thing made me interest to work that is flexible timings and no work pressure

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but no career growth. They recruit for one department and make us to work under another department. Finally they give experience letter based on the role we done. No respect to the employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...PO where i got ample opportunities to showcase my talent and maximize my growth. Compensation has also been quite satisfying.

Good environment and many team building activities are here where we can have proper growth.

...d has a global client base. office culture is good, easy to working with people. In every 6 months used to get salary hike and every month increment in incentives.
